I have cleared the cookies and cache multiple times and restarted the devices multiple times. We did not attempt to use her account until several days of the issue (cards not loading). I have also attempted to use different browsers to no avail. Currently, Lucky Cat Bingo is the only game I am having issues with.
Thank you for providing that additional troubleshooting information. I appreciate you taking the time of ruling out the cookie/cache conflict theory, restarting your devices and attempting to change browsers.
I want to make sure I understand exactly what you're experiencing, your first post mention "buffering" (not loading) and now the game loads but "cards not loading". So, the game loads at times and when it does no cards are appearing correct?
Please list all of the issues you are seeing. Any screen changes, error messages, etc.
Additionally, have you checked for system and browser updates? If so what system and browsers are you using?
