mahjong sanctuary help

I have had the same problem for over 3 months!!  Cannot get past that stupid detective that freezes.   In the very beginning when Pogo was formed I never had a problem with any of the games.  Over the years Pogo has changed, deleted, and spoiled many of the games that were original.   Mahjong Sanctuary was one of my favorite games.   When I changed my email address this year, I lost all of my games and had to start over ...... I still cannot play Majong Santuary past level 12.   Pogo has spoiled much of the EA games available.
