Mahjong Sanctuary loads but doesn't play when pressed.

Mahjong Sactuary loads but will not play. This is the third day I've tried to play this game and can't. (Using MacBook Pro, macOS Catalina version 10.15.3; Safari browser score is 489; available memory 16GB.)

I checked the Compatibility Scan and here's what it noted:
Cookies Enabled--True; Do Not Track--False.
As soon as I logged in today, I clicked on the game. It stopped loading at 80%; I reloaded the page and it came to 100%. I clicked the "PLAY" button and it opened! So I'm hoping all is going to be well now. Thanks for replying, though you gave no solution, I appreciate your reply.

Hey there, @kitchenmagician4.

Thanks so much for your computer stats. It helps a ton. When you run the Pogo Compatibility Tool, what does it say for Cookies and Do Not Track? Those can also affect loading and progress.

That's great to hear, @kitchenmagician4! It's always great when it works itself out.

Your Compatibility Tool scans show everything's in order, so that doesn't appear to have been the problem there.

That said, if you do run into it failing to load in the future, you can try clearing your browser cache to see if it improves on a reload.

Same happens to me and I did clean my cookies but took even longer and 4 reloads. Now it loads but when I hit play it just sits with the hummingbird fluttering it's wings!!!! Worked day before yesterday but not yesterday or day before! I have already dropped 3 accounts...down to 2 and will be going to 1 or maybe zero if this doesn't get any better. Frustrated!!!!!

I just checked Mahjong Sanctuary and I was able to load it and start a game. Let's take a look to see why it's having a difficult time loading for you.

When you try to load Mahjong Sanctuary, does it get stuck at a certain point in loading, or do you get an error message? What happens when you bring up the game?

If you could also share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information, linked in the post above yours, it would help a lot.

The game opens to play but all it does is click and nothing happens
