Mahjong sanctuary not awarding stars or coins

I am at level 700, and the other night after playing several levels it stopped awarding me feathers, stars and new levels. Turning off and trying again over several days has not solved the problem. I...

Hey @hchsquirtrv,

Would you mind going through some steps we have listed in our Troubleshooting Guide, and then check if your progression is still stuck?

Hi,
I have tried the steps of clearing cache, trying different browsers, chrome, edge and Amazon fire's browser. All are doing it. I did figure out that the game only has 700 levels. But when I go back to replay old levels I still am not earning feathers or stars. Though the game readily uses power ups.
