Still waiting for someone at Pogo to fix my game!!
Losing points & very frustrating keep getting stuck at the same level even after completing the game for a few weeks now.
Can somebody pls fix this issue & explain to me why this keeps happening?

Hello and thanks for reaching out again. Were you able to complete any of the troubleshooting steps? What level of Mahjong Sanctuary are you trying to complete? Can you provide a screenshot of the error message or what you are seeing?
