Mahjong Sanctuary!! Still waiting for my game to be fixed!!

I've made several requests now to have my issues resolved with my game.

It's been several weeks now that I've been stuck on the same level & I'm losing a lot of points!!

How come this is an ongoing problem & it seems like nobody at pogo is trying to fix this?

It does the same thing to me also, but it takes my point. I have lost over 20,000 points. This sucks POGO

My game is still stuck on the same level Pogo gods.

Can U pls fix this ongoing problem asap!!

Hello! Sorry you are unable to advance further in the game. Would you be so kind as to provide additional details regarding the issue you are experiencing?

• What level are you on?
• Have you completed all the tasks list for the biome? If so, have you clicked on the map to change biomes?
•  Did you happen to try any of the troubleshooting steps yet to help pinpoint the issue?

Yes, this is happening to me also.  Can's seem to advance to the next level.. I hope they fix this asap!!

You guys finally fixed my game after over a month stuck on the same level & losing a lot of points.

It's already stuck again!!

I also am not getting any credits for games won I have won level 1800 6 times and no credit,  the 5 that are on there are from 1- 2 days ago for level leading up to 1800 Today no credits given Thanks for any help.
