Mahjong Sanctuary tiles won't load

Mahjong Sanctuary Background loads but tiles are blacked out. Been like this for over a week.

mahjong sanctuary has problems with all the BACK out areas whenever I try to play the game...will this ever be corrected? also it takes 3-4 times just to load a game. this cant be right.

it's a fun game to play, but with all these problems, i just hate going there anymore.

I'd love to look into this for you. To help understand what you're facing, can you elaborate on what you mean by back out areas? Is the game backing out to another screen when you click?

As for any loading issues, let's give a few things a try here to see if it improves loading for you.

Please give it a few minutes to load for the first time. This narrows down if it is just slow to load, or is outright failing to load.

If it continues to not load, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for loading issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people.

If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Mahjong Sanctuary, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

  sorry, what i meant was the game and screen have a lot of BLACK spaces which do not go away, even after reloading the game many times. they cover most of the game area and prevent you from clicking on any buttons to continue the game.

    In this case, the troubleshooting I posted should work for both black images in-game, as well as loading. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes for you.
