Mahjong Sanctuary

Here we go again. Losing a lot of points again. It's very frustrating not having those extra points to help win games. Lost the final weekly points yesterday because I couldn't complete it. I really needed those extra points to help me. Why does these keep happening? I'm losing thousands of points because of this glitch. Where's the challenge if you win & don't even get them?
