Hello! Many of us do get Mahjong Safari confused with Mahjong Sanctuary - both games feature Animals and Mahjong 😅 I am assuming you are speaking of this week's Suprise Event in Mahjong Sanctuary, "Win 20 Levels for the first time".
Any time you notice something isn't working quite right on Pogo, it's a good idea to log out, check for device and browser updates, and perform a bit of routine maintenance. Keeping our device and browser updated, clearing temporary files and cache, and restarting our device can help resolve a variety of performance, display, connectivity, and synchronization issues.
