Matching moments - Can't make a Move

Here’s the words / numbers that continually happens to me. I assume it’s the same thing that ipsycho5 is referring to. It happens after winning a game, collecting rewards and then trying to move on to the next level. Nothing changes it. One has to leave the game or pogo completely and then the ability to collect consecutive win rewards resets. Rinse and repeat.

Won't let me play either. same thing happened yesterday. 

I and several others are having the same issue.  Could play yesterday but not today and it's a Daily Challenge!

Matching moments will not load for me on my pc or my tablet. I use Brave Browser on my pc/

I’m also unable to play “Matching Moments” as the page constantly crashes and the game doesn’t start

😀Hi Eveveryone -- I finally got to play this game -- it was fun for awhile but now I feel it's a "money pit" meaning you need to use a lot of gems to buy power ups.  I know there are ways to complete levels without them but I have not figured that out.  So, I just stopped playing -- it's just not worth giving up/spending all my gems on 1 game.   

What do you do on Level 377 with just two Color Balls and no where to go?  Pogo should have given directions on this one..😛
