Matching Moments - Stars not adding up

Question

Winning games no longer advances. Have won several games and stars do not add up. Also bought extra time and toward the end of the hour it no longer gave me my boosters. Please fix.

Hello! Sorry to hear about the multiple issues with Matching Moments. At this time, I have not heard of stars not adding up for players as of yet.&nbsp;
When Pogo (or really any browser-based game or site) starts behaving inconsistently—glitches, missing features, or inconsistent progress tracking, this often points to corrupted or outdated cached data and at other times outdated software.
Clear Cookies &amp; Cache Regularly: Cookies store login/session info, while cache stores site files. Over time, they get bloated or outdated, causing glitches. This gives our devices a clear path to speak with Pogo servers. If you are a heavy internet user or gamer, this needs to be done often.
Keep Your Browser Updated:&nbsp;Patches can come in at any time and sometimes multiple times a week. New browser versions fix bugs, improve speed, and ensure compatibility with modern web games.
There are a few players who completed 300- 600 levels in this game currently. My best advice is to try the two troubleshooting steps above, if this does not help try posting this question on the official Matching Moments Pogo forums where other players can help with tricks and strategies, please don't forget to include the Specific Level you are trying to achieve.&nbsp;
