Re: Matching Moments not Loading

The Matching Moments game will not load, and never has for me.  Could not restore data.  It works for others but not my account, on the same PC.

 

  • Pogo username: jaybopp82
  • Date (approximately) when you first encountered this error: last week
  • Device Type: desktop
  • OS version: Windows, all updates installed
  • Browsers Tested: Chrome (incognito), edge
  • Current Browser Version Number: latest
  • DxDiag File attached: (Yes/No) no
  • What Troubleshooting steps you've already completed: cleared cache, other PCs, other pogo accounts (works)
  • Any issues with other games: Only this game

    Yes, it’s doing the same thing solitaire home story is doing.  Now i have 2 games that won’t load

    Same issue. Everyone else here logs in and plays. Mine says cannot load
