Matching Moments: Still Not Working

Matching Moments will load but when the play screen opens the window where the boosters are supposed to be is blank and then the game freezes. I've cleared caches, rebooted, uninstalled and reinstal...

Why is Matching Moments not allowing us to play the game? It lets you get to the play button, but locks up afterwards and you just have to get out of it completely. You put a new game up and then you can't play it. Gets very frustrating.

I just did a chat with Pogo because I can't get matching moments to fully load...the page loads...I click the "let's go" button that pops up then the next pop up is incomplete as the box on the top is empty...then I get no curser and nothing works....I have added the screenshot sent to the help line person.

  Work around....if I "x" out all the boxes and just go to the regular level button in the corner...I can make the game work...
