How many more are there like I was and don't even bother to note which games are having issues? I have a new computer and running windows 10 and using IE .

Hello and thanks for reaching out! I think I can help with a few of your concerns. 🙂
"and here we are 3 days later and still having issues but it's our fault? Really? This many people having issues but the game is functioning as intended?"
Troubleshooting is not about assigning blame or finger-pointing, it focuses on system evaluations and reporting. Is the game working as designed on the Pogo website itself - yes.

We can find Service Alerts, Current Issues and Announcements on the homepage of Pogo Forums and at times on the Pogo Blog. These announcements are strictly issued by Pogo Community Manager Pogo_Sconnie or Pogo_Spike.
"I have a new computer and running windows 10 and using IE"
There may be a misunderstanding on this, Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. You can find more information on this here: Windows 10 support has ended on October 14, 2025 - Microsoft Support
Additionally, IE - better known as Internet Explorer was also retired, it couldn’t keep up with modern web technologies.
- June 15, 2022 — Internet Explorer 11 was officially retired and removed from support.
- February 14, 2023 — Microsoft permanently disabled the IE desktop app on certain Windows 10 versions via an Edge update.
- Windows users today use Microsoft Edge as the default browser or can download a variety of other browsers to use.
A new computer doesn’t eliminate the need for updates or troubleshooting. All devices still require regular software updates, security patches, and routine maintenance to stay secure and perform well. New hardware is a great start, but it doesn’t remove the need for ongoing upkeep. Is this fun to do? Of course not, it's a necessity.
I know Windows themselves released a few graphics drivers updates within the last month. However, as gamers it's always best to get updates from our graphics driver provider, they have the latest and the best.
🔑 Microsoft stopped developing its own full graphics drivers roughly 20 years ago, transitioning fully to vendor‑supplied drivers with the introduction of the WDDM model. Today, Microsoft only provides a basic fallback driver and acts as a distributor—not a developer—of real GPU drivers. Windows can be delayed on releasing updates from NVIDIA, AMD or Intel, you can find more information here > Pogo Graphics Guide
If anyone reading this is curious, graphics drivers from the major manufacturers are typically released every 2–4 weeks. These updates matter a lot for gamers because they include performance improvements, bug fixes, and optimizations. Windows does not update our devices in real time.
Hope this helps with understanding and please give the troubleshooting steps a try. Also please leave details of reporting an issue. Take care now 🐈⬛

Correction, I'm using Windows 11 and not 10 but yes, it's on 2 computers and one is new. I am using IE and have deleted the cache etc as I normally do. I can't believe this many people are having this many issues and most are different from each other. There are more games I can play so will drop this issue and thanks.
