This is totally messed up. I pay for membership, I check everything you suggested, and the game is still not loading. I miss out on all the extras in the game because Pogo/EA is not willing to admit there is a problem. All they want to do is make the paying member do the work for them. Total BS
Figure it out Pogo/EA, everything worked fine before you added chapters!

Hello! Thanks for your comments. I’d like to answer a few questions that I think will help clear things up and give a better understanding of what’s going on 🙂

Fortunately, we have the chance to receive complimentary bonuses, which will be available once the problem is identified. I have included the date and time stamp in the screenshot below of the game on the Pogo website, taken on my device as a Club Pogo Member.
In order to report an issue, there is a procedure we all must follow.

As players, we do not have the access, permissions or authority to alter or modify anything on Pogo’s end. There’s nothing we can do on their behalf, that’s simply not possible. We are not maintaining Pogo, we are maintaining our devices.

This isn't about anything you or Pogo did wrong. Our devices today need a little extra care and can be quite sensitive to their setup and configurations. This is why some players are able to play while others are not.
