Can’t play. No support. Paid for yearly subscription. Totally useless
I agree with you and have no support. They want you to do all the work, even though the game worked fine before they added new chapters. They add, and things stop working. What is the common ground here... EA/PODO wanting everyone to do their work for them.

Hello and thank for reaching out. You've posted significant concerns that I can assist in clarifying.
"They want you to do all the work"
⛔ Pogo does not have internal access to our devices. They cannot perform any of the system checks, updates, clean, check settings or the configuration of our devices.
Most modern devices update every 2–4 weeks, with Security patches, Bug fixes, Browser updates, App updates and other Minor system improvements. Rather it is a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop, they all are updating constantly.
With updates, the configuration of our devices can change — even small patches can adjust settings or modify how the browser behaves. This is exactly why the basic troubleshooting steps above are necessary, and it’s also why some players can play while others cannot.

This is a very important topic 🙂
All of our online activity is duplicated, stored in cache and recorded across various systems throughout the process— similar to how old carbon‑copy receipts created a white copy, yellow copy, and green copy.
When we see a game with new chapters or anything new on Pogo, the computer language changed. Your browser's cache (which stores old information to load faster) notices something different it will block it as a safety measure. Cleaning your device thoroughly clears out the old information so your device can receive the new information.
If your device is blocking or not loading this is actually your device doing its job protecting you from outdated or conflicting information.
✅ This is why we hear clear your cookies and cache, check for system updates and the other troubleshooting steps given above.
If you continue to have issues after performing the troubleshooting steps, please take the time to follow the procedure to report and issue here or through EA Help.

Hello and thanks for reaching out! We can clean our devices several different ways. Here is the basic troubleshooting guide for our community → Pogo Troubleshooting Guide | EA Forums - 10424297
To understand how/why this needs to be done, just type in your device or browser into a search engine and you will find videos and articles, i.e. "How to clear cookies and cache on Chrome", you can also do the same search on "how to deep clean my device" 🙂
A helpful way to think about it:
Browser cache/cookies → Removes temporary website files and login data stored by the browser.
Device cache → Removes temporary system and app files stored on the device itself.
Power cycling → Clears the network cache in our modem and routers by restarting them.
Hope this helps a bit and thank you for taking the time to post!
