This is the 2nd time in 3 days all progress was lost and the game started from the beginning again. I don’t understand why it is happening but I would appreciate a response.

i was on level 735 now i statred all over what is going on
I have the same issue. Was almost done with Area 4 (the cabin) when it reset.
I had just replaced the wallpaper in the cabin. And now it wants be to start from the beginning too. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. I have no desire to start all over.
This does not help at all...you will be losing a lot of members because of the poor response of Pogo... after 24 years...and a ton of excuses I am done...

My status in Matching Moments is gone! I have no idea what level I was on. Just know that it was in the fixing up the park area. I spent gems on a starter bundle and had at least 30 min. left. The game reset to the beginning. I need help please.
As of yesterday, 12/10/25, my Matching Moments progress re-set back to the first level! I don't remember what level I was on; somewhere in the fixing the park area. I had just spent 15 gems to purchase a bundle of power-ups, etc. and was about 30 min. into the hour. Went to play another game, came back, progress was re-set to level one and NO powerups. At least refund my 15 gems!!
