This is the 2nd time in 3 days all progress was lost and the game started from the beginning again. I don’t understand why it is happening but I would appreciate a response.
I'm having this issue also, its maddening. I was up to level 700 something only to be put back to level 1. Makes me not want to even play the game anymore to be honest. I've already tried everything suggested in this thread and NOTHING works. fix your stuff pogo, we pay for this
What could possibly be the happening is how the OS handles browser storage and permissions (even for one particular game).

I have done all those things and it still resets almost every day. You cannot be at the beginning of the game and have over 10000 pogis. The game is resetting, please fix it. It is happening on IPad, IPhone and my PC.

Recent browser updates (like Chrome/Edge 141 or iOS/iPadOS 18.7.2) may have changed how games access saved data, causing the game to lose track of your progress. Currently our devices are experiencing a lot of updates, make sure to watch for updates a little more than usual.
Please try logging out completely, trying the troubleshooting steps and logging back in. Currently I am on Level 60 and was able to complete the free badges yesterday, however I will be watching for any unsaved progress.
Yesterday I completed the three badges for the launch - was on chapter 4 or 5 and this morning the game has loaded at the beginning again - this needs to get sorted - Pogo can you please reinstate my progress - many thanks -
