This is the 2nd time in 3 days all progress was lost and the game started from the beginning again. I don’t understand why it is happening but I would appreciate a response.

Same here I was level 243 and working on the park and now I’m back at the beginning.
I'm having the same issues. I have been kicked out 2 times now. I was at level 911 today now i'm back at 1. NO way. I'm NOT starting over again. I'd rather NOT play. There is No point. The challenge to beat the levels is gone when you may get kicked out at any time.
Yes again for the 2nd time. I no longer wish to play.
