matching moments

Matching moments not loading says could not save progress try again, I try and try then it quits page stays black tried 2 pc's, laptop, iPad, iPhone, safari, edge, google, Firefox clearing cache and still nothing have reported to ea and they still have not fixed it, missed 5 badges last week and now I cannot get the badges for the spectacular showcase. Can Someone please fix it.....

I get the "progress could not be saved message" as soon as I click play. it never loads,

that is exactly what I get have reported it 4 times to ea and nothing they say they will work on it. I told them more than 3 people are having the same problem they dont care!!!!
