It's been weeks since I've been able to play Matching Moments...the forum says the problems have been solved; yet, I continue to have freezing problems...this didn't happen when the game first appeared...I've cleared my cache, reloaded the app, etc. Nothing works. Any suggestions?
I've been having the same problems and, like you, doing everything troubleshooting says to do but it doesn't work. I've been a member for a lot of years but thinking of quiting now.
I have the same problem but I don't know how to report it.
They make it nearly impossible to report, plus they know it's not working, but they're still not fixing it. And then they put up badges for the game. It's incredibly frustrating. If you find a way, share it, please.
I get frustrated trying to report anything as they make it as complicted as possible...normally I don't care and move to something else but why put it in a challenge? It's annoying. May have something to do with the sale of EA, who knowns. I'm about to give up membership.
