Re: Matching Moments - Stuck after hitting Play

I have completed all suggested fixes several times over the past 2 or three weeks and nothing works, Game will not load all the way and just freezes after you hit play, I was able to play last night . tried to play just now and am back to it freezing when I hit play!!!! This has gone onfor a month now. Have tried all your fixes and nothing works. This is pretty aggravating especially when we pay for membership.

Ok now going on two months now I am still experiencing the same issue of the game not loading. Can't get passed the play screen where it completely freezes , Have taken all recommended steps to fix, None worked for me,

I have also reported it many times as well, seems it has been down more than it works. I was able to play for 2 days and then once again it broke. Pogo has been notified of the same issue of not loading when you hit the play button. POGO really needs to fix this game and/or give the members for the credit continual break of this game. Apparently those who had coins will not be reimbursed or the gems bought to play this game. Despite the POGO support saying the game is fixed we all know that it is not. My membership will come due and I doubt very much I will renew it. The older games are having issues also like Home Story Solitaire with keeping the won lives and time extension being an issue. Good luck with your complaint as hopefully the get rid of te bugs in it.
