pogo shop

ever since they upgraded the pogo shop i have been unable to purchase gems.  I don't know why but every time i try it says could not go through try again.  and it won't let me get any.  I have checked everything..my account info is valid.  This has been going on for three months and I'm getting very frustrated.  I can't play the games the way I want to.  And...Pogo is losing money because I'm not buying anything.  Somebody please help..even if it's just to give me info on how to contact a person..  thanks.
