Missing rewards from Pogi Pass - Elyra the Hopeful

Below is my issue from yesterday!

Today I clicked to "cash" 500 extra stickers but all I got my 500 stickers taken away. 

Please respond regarding both of these issues!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Pogo name is lacat3. I am playing on an HP laptop via Chrome with Windows version 25H2 (OS Build26200.9550).

I am in Constellation Elyra the Hopeful. I just claimed my rewards from Levels 50, 51 and 52 but didn’t GET the rewards. I especially want the 110 crate for Farm Merge Valley. Please help get me the rewards I earned.

Combining ALL MY COMPLAINTS

09/27/26 - Claimed but did not receive my Elyra the Hopeful Constellation Level 50 reward of 7 gems, and 90 crates (Reported yesterday)

09/28/26 - Foolishly played today and "sashed in" 500 stickers but received NOTHING.

Unbelievably aggravated!!! 

The same happened to me, I should have received 200 crates tonight from Claimed prizes in Elyra the Hopeful along with an unknown number of crystals in Farm Merger.  I was also supposed to receive coins in Merge Acadamey.  I have not idea why I am not receiving my chosen prizes, and I am not sure what I did or not get for my other prizes. I can't figure out how to get my message to them.

Same issue still today! Throughout the whole Elyra the Hopeful I have not actually received ANY of the Farm Merge Valley crates or energy.

I am having the same problem.  I was supposed to received 90 crates from Elyra the Hopeful.  I received my 7 gems but no crates.

This was reported by various players 2 weeks ago and apparently was a known glitch by Pogo. But 2 weeks on its still being reported by various players and rewards still not rewarded. I claimed over 120 crates from Elyra in 1 go and not one was rewarded in the game. I actually lost count on the crates i actually claimed and was not given. Nice to see Pogo are on top of it. Not to mention the big glitches in merge academy too amongst other games

I've left several  postings about this also.  Basically every reward on Elyra Constellation that was for Farm Merge Valley was not credited on the free side.  I purchased the Pogi Pass, spending 150 gems and didn't get credit for any of the Farm Merge Valley rewards.  That adds up to quite a few Crates, Energy & Crystals.  Not to mention any FMV rewards from the Wheel or daily bonuses.  I did get a message from Pogo today stating that I'd be awarded the Badge for completing the spins and Pogi points that I don't help me at this point.  But nothing about the missing rewards.

I want to make sure you're aware that the pass gives you a choice of rewards; you don't get everything on it.

If you continue to notice a missing reward after claiming it, please share a photo and specify the rewards you claimed from the pass that you didn't receive. 

The photo will help us pinpoint exactly what doesn't seem to be releasing correctly, if it's not a matter of the choice you are making.
