Merge Academy - Coins charged but missing item

I purchased a Big Bottle with 129 coins.  The game took my coins but did give the bottle.  What do I do?

    Sorry, I can't look into missing items from the forums, but our support team may be able to check this out for you if you get in touch with them. Here's how:

     

    Let them know your Pogo username, the game, and roughly when you spent the coins to buy the bottle.
