Merge Academy - Energy Stuck at Zero

Having same problem.  At 5am CDT, I have 100 energy units. At 7:15am CDT, all energy has been stolen and now says zero.  If I do not actually go into the generation/merge room, it will continue to NOT accumulate energy.  This has been going on for several days and happened a few weeks ago (which was corrected?? after about 5 days).  This time it seems to be ignored or maybe not reported.  This forum is rather difficult to navigate, so I cannot really tell if it got reported earlier than today.

Hey folks, sorry to hear you're running into this issue.

Just to clarify, can I ask if you are all using the Save & exit function when leaving the game? If not this is likely why the energy isn't accumulating.

Please let me know if this is what is happening, if not I'll be happy to go to the team and investigate further.

Same! I think I was down to about 20ish energy when I logged out yesterday. Today when I logged back in, it was at 0. And I clear my cache daily before powering down.

Update: I got up to 6 energy and started merging items from the Basket and Wools. After generating 3 items, the energy went back to 0. 

Same and I always save. Never got anything after the last fiasco where you we couldn't get coins although Sconnie said something was coming 

Hi Folks, 

To confirm, during active game play, the energy meter isn't replenishing? The balance while playing remains at zero? Or is it that the balance isn't carrying over between sessions? 

For the latter, could we double-check if you're using the Save & Exit function when leaving the game?  This step ensures that all your progress is securely saved.  If not, this may be why the energy isn't carrying over between games. Please, test this out when you play again and let us know if it continues after selecting the Save & Exit button.
