Merge Academy - Generators don't work

I have a couple of problems with Merge Academy. First I have problems with loading the game where I have to hit the update button a few times. But a bigger problem is that I have two item generator...

I have worked the same level 4 times today and the game does not progress...when I come back hours later its starts right back where I was when i came earlier...even has one of the extra level thingys that last for 6 days and its doing the same thing
