Merge Academy - Lost Energy when claiming bonuses

For days now I have noticed that I lost my 100 energy when claiming my bonuses. I have managed a work around by playing the game - using my 100 energy first - then when I am at zero claiming my bonu...

I am still having the issue where I open Merge Academy and it doesn't show any energy. There hasn't been any new energy for the past 3 days. Also, I had somethings merged; though the bonuses and chest, then when returning they are gone. This is so frustrating.
