For days now I have noticed that I lost my 100 energy when claiming my bonuses. I have managed a work around by playing the game - using my 100 energy first - then when I am at zero claiming my bonuses. That worked until today when I got a phone call in between playing and claiming. I had 9 energy when I claimed and watched them disappear. Serious bug - especially if a challenge is coming next week.
This is happening to me as well as of the last two days. I claimed my new energy from the bonus and my 100 disappeared 3 times at least over the last two days.
I completed the special quest & received over 200 bonus units of energy. I left the room I was in to see if there was another quest (there wasn't) so I went back to the room to continue filling other orders. When I got there, instead of having over 200 units of energy, I had 10.
same here it keeps taking when I claim bonuses too
This is the second day of this problem. How can we advance if we cant play?
I'm having the same issue. If i save an exit with energy left and come back it shows it's all gone. It's been doing this for a day or so now. and then my energy just sits on zero for some time before it start collecting again.
i had all 100 energies then collected bonuses and clicked into the game and had 0 left.... they need to fix this
