For days now I have noticed that I lost my 100 energy when claiming my bonuses. I have managed a work around by playing the game - using my 100 energy first - then when I am at zero claiming my bonuses. That worked until today when I got a phone call in between playing and claiming. I had 9 energy when I claimed and watched them disappear. Serious bug - especially if a challenge is coming next week.
I've been having the same problem losing my entry at least once every day for three days is Pogo doing anything about it ?
Same issue for me. Lose all energy when collecting my bonuses. This started happening a few days ago and wasn't a problem before. I've lost several hundred energy before figuring out what was going on. The only way to avoid it is to use up all my energy before collecting my bonuses. I also noticed that if I open the game in another tab, it also puts all my energy to 0. This needs to be fixed - the game can't be played without energy.

Same issue with Merge Academy. Had 100 energy - claimed bonus - 100 energy disappeared. How can we complete challenges when the game is not working. Taking too long POGO to fix. Shouldn't take this length of time. I expect issues to be resolved in a couple of days not weeks!! Come on POGO you can do better.
I am having the same issue.
It isn't adding new energy. I was able to complete a chapter and earned energy. I didn't collect any bonuses. As soon as I clicked on the new chapter, all my new energy was gone. I tried collecting bonuses, after losing energy and it just says that there is an issues; which only gives the option of quitting the game. This is so frustrating. When will this get fixed? Why would they add a challege using a game with so many bugs?
