Missing Gems

Yesterday when I opened Pogo, the first thing I noticed was that I was missing gems, 30 to be exact. I checked my transaction record and it shows that I made a purchase for "Post game powerups 4 cards" the day before. I made no such purchase, I almost never make purchases, period. I've tried to access EA Help, but it immediately want a game, which I can't give because I have no idea what game this charge is supposed to be in relation to. Any help would be sincerely appreciated!

Finally figured out that it was for Lucky Cat Bingo. EA/Help is working on it as well as Pogo, after I was finally able to get through to an advisor, so maybe it will be resolved.

He im player_102 in Pogo. I was just playing then all the sudden a screen pop up and said sucessful. Now I'm missing alot of gems alittle over 200 cuz I just renewed my membership. It now shows me having only 21. I didnt do this . Please track it back i was playing Merge Academy about 20 minutes ago. Thank you [edit: email address removed]

I went back into Merge Academy and it took 220 of my gems ..... FOR..... 500 Coins. I would like my gems back. I never ordered this.
