We’re aware of an issue with the Merge Academy Daily Challenge from November 9 where progress wasn’t registering correctly. The team is actively investigating the cause and exploring a potential make good for affected players. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this.

The link in the post marked as the "solution" isn't working right now, but I think that other forum is down.
The game still isn't giving credit; lots of folks complaining about it in the chat.
Will we be informed when this is fixed?
