Merge Academy - spent gems but did not receive energy

I see in Pogo Forums this is a repeating problem. Today (Feb 1 /25) I spent 470 gems to purchase 1250 energy but did not receive the energy.  When I look under My Account - My Gem Transactions, it is...

I just realized I mistakenly wrote "energy" when I should have written "coins". I was trying to purchase 1250 coins and did not receive them.
