Merge Academy - Stylus in the grid are not working

Since the new update, I have to bounce back and forth between using my stylus and not using my stylus. If you're gonna make it a stylus game, then make it all a stylus game! Now, all of the places where I also used to use my finger because I can't use my stylus in the grid are not working. So now, I have to pick up my stylus and hit that spot as opposed to just being able to continue using my finger. Please don't ruin this game. It's one of my favorites.

Hi Pogoians,

We released a patch to address issues with playing on iPad and iPhone. Pogo_Sconnie shared a service update on it here:

Thank you all for your patience. We've updated the following:

- Players can't play on ipad/iphone
- Progress not saved on Treasure Trove event
- Unable to fulfill orders in Treasure Trove event

Could you check and see if that's helped things with the stylus issues after clearing the browser cache and trying again?

This is correct. I have to use a stylus to maneuver into and between MA game screens, but have to use my finger within the games.

I am having this issue as well. Something has definitely changed. I am playing on Android phone.

Same issue with Moto Stylus started 3-30-26. It will function fine in everything as in the past, other games except Merge. Will not select "play", any particular items or open the special sticker game.

People are talking about problems using a Stylus! I'm not using one. I'm on my computer and having the same stupid problem...the game does not save. Since there is a time limit on the Mine game, I think we should be given a restart or the same extra days as we've missed because of this issue! I hope that's a possibility!

I'm having the same problem with no having the Pestie & Morter to create a glazed clay mug to complete an order. I used over 473 energy, and it was NEVER offered. Please help, and thank you.
