Merge Academy - Won't save progress

All my coins disappeared! I can’t use my stylus with the iPad in the game now. I can use it in every other game. Please fix this. 

I'm having the same problem. But in addition to it resetting at least 6 times. I've wasted 1000s of energy at this point trying to solve the board. When will we find out that it is fixed, please?

its doing the same for me.  it doesnt save progress on anything, sticker, treasure trove and normal mode. i hit save and exit as well and it doesnt save. it was fine yesterday but then they added the new mini game and sticker thing and it broke.

It seems like we are playing a scene from Groundhogs Day movie when trying to play Merge. Not just in the 'special' board but the regular one as well. Hope it can be fixed quickly or at least extend the 6 days for the Treasure Trove.

spent 50 diamonds only to lose progress , have it reset as if nothing had been done and power units lost

Same thing with me. It is not saving it in the special event or the regular game.

Played Treasure Trove and Merge academy 5 times only to return with none of the coins or gems saved. Very Frustrating!!

Same thing is happening to me.   I love the game.  Please fix.   I bought 1000 extra coins to play but they are not all coming back so I can play again.  It is not saving the progress.   I use a MACos   Tahoe 26.3.1 (a)
