In addition to Merge Academy not saving Garden Blast is now not saving. This is so frustrating. It isn't bad enough you lose energy while sleeping (I do not get up every 3 hours to use my energy in Merge Academy) but not because it is not saving I keep losing energy and the ability to fill orders.
I'm having the same issue, sick of putting in the time and not being able to complete challenges because if these issues!

I'm having the same problem again. Really frustrating, and making me wonder if this is a game site I want to keep paying money too. No answers from anyone when we let them know the games are not working right, and repeated game issues. Merge now into the second week of not working properly and I agree with everyone else who has commented, that this is starting to be a waste of time.
