Merge Academy Coins Purchased With Gems Not Received.

I normally don't use gems to purchase coins in Merge Academy but I  felt like getting the daily challenge finished quickly. Well that didn't work out well for me since my gems were taken & no coins were credited to me.

I tried exiting the game and reopening it in case it needed to refresh but to no avil. 

I would appreciate that I be given back my gems if this isn't resolved today because I won't be able to get credit for the daily challenge which was why I purchased the gems.

    Here > I want to check my order status - Pogo

    Click on Chat With Us and follow the steps to open a case.

    Also, our Pogo Community Manager, Pogo Sconnie recently stated that they are currently investigating this issue.

  • I contacted on the last sale. I spent 452 GEMS, to buy 1250 coins in Merge Academy. I got 0 coins and they took the gems. I did the help chat, started a forum, emailed a million times, nothing. Now today I used my last 40 gems to buy coins again, got nothing!! Since I pay for gems directly from my bank account, and they are taking that many gems, it's actual cash they are taking from me. I'm about to dispute with my bank. 

  • @FLMunchkinoRthis happened to me three days ago (11/16) EA support is a joke. they are saying they can't access any player account info. very frustrating

  • on 11/30/24 I order#1007475707040 it did not give to me I may have already sent one not sure. my email dianamcelhaney@yahoo .com
