Merge Academy: Gem Cost Appearing on Inactive Generators?

EA_Rtas - Are you able to assist me with my issue that I reported yesterday?  Case #209046508.   The EA Help Desk (Deepti) told me I had to wait 24 hours but they closed my case . They sent me an email saying that I could contact them after 24 hours if I still needed help.  Well, it has now been 24 hours, but I haven't heard anything further and there is no direct line to contact them.  I'd like to know if they plan to restore my 10 Gems or award me the energy.  I have no way to request a status from them.  I'm angry about this only because I didn't receive any help and am being ignored.    Do they even care?
