I just had this happened as well!!

I have never received any response.  I think I am about done too.  Bought some gems and then energy in a game so I had 1000 energy, then it pulled its famous, can not save and must restart......energy GONE!!!  It ticks me off so badly.  There is another website CrazyGames I think I am going to just work off my last credits and leave.

This has happened to me a few times, so I learned to buy two at a time, put them on the board, and then buy the other two. Takes a little more time but you don't lose anything.

I had just purchased 100 blue energy in Treasure Trove.  The game spontaneously restarted.  It reset back to zero energy.  I lost the 20 gems I had just used for the purchase!

I have purchased a few items from the Market Place where you can get a total of 4 items. I am able to match the 1st item, but the other three are frozen and the only way to play the game is to get out of it and go  back in. Once I do that, the items I purchased are gone. This has happened twice in the last few days. I spent 17 coins x 4 on one item, and the other was 22 coins x 4. I love this game, but am very disapointed that the coins I earn are being waisted. Is this something you can fix? 

Same thing happening to me, during this Treasure Trove.  Was there ever an answer?   Does anyone ever do anything?  I have been playing  since the beginning of Pogo,  Think I am about done.

i broke all the tiles but it still shows i need 57 of 57 and haven't received the coins or ticket packet

Just purchased 180 worth of gems. Something happened with merge and now my gems are gone I would appreciate my 1000 gems back. 

This is the second time this has happened to me.  The top objective on the right says Find 4 artifacts, yet it is saying I have collected 5 which is not possible. n I will not get the reward again.  Obviously I dont see how this is anything but a problem with the program.  I dont see how clearing cache or cookies would change this....?
