Bejeweled Stars "The Old Machine" Event

Hello! I just played through Level 7 of "The Old Machine" event and was able to complete it without issue, so let's see if we can figure out what's happening on your end.

Please try these steps:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart your browser
• Make sure your browser is fully up to date
• Try loading the game in an incognito/private browsing window
• Try a different browser
• These steps can be found in the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide

If the issue continues, could you share:

• Pogo username
• Device Type (PC, Laptop, Phone, Tablet)
• OS version (Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android)
• Browsers Tested (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)

This will help narrow down what might be causing the animation to continually run. Please also know, starting this month, all major browsers are moving to a biweekly update cycle, so keeping our browser up to date will be more important than ever on a browser-based gaming site like Pogo.

Same thing just happened to me AFTER I used gems to win the level. Gems were taken from my account and the running bull popped up. I had to replay the level. Would be nice if I could have my gems refunded.
