I was in level 1956 yesterday in the Asia Biome. I have 1 animal who did not get anything i got for them. No water, no food or a sleeping area. I used the 3 gems for the first one, then 4 and then 6 and they got the second animal and the baby but nothing else. What the heck. The game always runs slow. Has to catch up to me. And Gems are always having to be bought. That's not fair. Been a member for 20 years plus.
I had more than enough stars to complete this section completely. This is how it's looking every single time I log in now. What the heck? As you can see, only the deer and their toy thing is there but not their food/water/bedding.
Looks like the deer and goat were recently introduced in the latest zoo area and I used stars earned to get both. Now, somehow the goat has disappeared as an option even though it is walking around in my zoo with the food/water/bed. I also got the deer but the food/water/bed that I used stars on to get have all disappeared so the thing is walking around with nothing.
Are the support personnel even here reading what problems people are having? The drop down menu page says “report a problem” but then it takes you to this forum which says “start a discussion”. I don’t see anywhere specifically to report a problem and/or get a case number to know that someone is actively reviewing and fixing these issues.
I am on Asia in Mahjong Safari. My Musk Deer cannot get the food, water or bed. I lost all stars with no result. Also my Goats no longer appear on original part so I cannot update them at all. Really would like to get all of my lost stars back and to play game with normal results again.
The food, water and bed have disappeared for the musk deer on my site as well. grrrr!

Same here. I purchased food, water and toys for the musk deer using game stars and it registered that they were added and showed up for a moment but after I finished the daily challenge game all that was left was 1 flower toy for them to play with. I know they are hungry and thirsty too. (kidding) I hope EA can look into why those graphics aren't showing up. They just walk around... it's sad :(
same for me, when they added the musk deer, they also added the one that comes after it in error. I am betting when they removed that one our items for the musk deer disappeared too.
Yes, the eating, sleeping, and drinking areas for the Musk Deer have disappeared.
The poor Musk Deer family is being neglected and they only have a flower to play with.
I'm wondering why or if anyone else is having the same problem....now that we are in the random level mode you don't get any feathers even though it says you will get 20 30 ect.... i don't have any idea how or who to report it to. Very frustrating.
Exacting the same this here. Complete the 2 new animal sections, but musk deer have the toy. Everything else has disappeared
