Merge Academy Not Loading

I found an issue that shows this problem is fixed. That is incorrect as I am still having the problem today 02/16/26. If you have a fix could someone please tell me how I can get mine fixed. I have been having this problem every time there is a special event. I have been able to use the game until after the first day of the special event. Then when I try to get in the game again it won't open until the special event is over. PLEASE HELP!!

I am having the same issue, according to the loading bar it only goes around 65% then stops on PC. Was fine in the morning then started happening in the afternoon UK time.
