Re: Merge Academy - Won't save progress

I noticed as well that its missing. Not being able to clear all the coins and energy doesn't leave much room for spawning items. My board has all the bombs at the top of my board as yours are on the side. I gave up playing after 7 times of having all my work disappear. had I known is was going to be like this I would never have spent gems for energy.

I have also noticed the clay piece missing in addition our joint issue of progress not saving. It is very frustrating indeed, but it's always good to know I'm not the only one experiencing these problems.

I have tried for 2 days to access merge gardens, since the new side game appeared in merge, I have been unable to access the game. What is going on

This is very frustrating. If you can't fix the problem with treasure trove take it down. I'm wasting time just to go back to the beginning

Merge Academy is not working for me. The mine game wont allow me to advance i keep loosing my place and have to start over again. I can not purchase energy, tells me i have no gems when i have over 400.

Same issues, plus I can no longer play merge academy on my iphone. It will load, it will not let me tap to enter anywhere. I wish they had a pogo app!

I'm having the same problem.  I'm not wasting my time on it anymore.  It also takes away everything you won.

mine won't either. Since the event began.  I cannot access or play merge academy on my iphone anymore. It will load, just will not let me enter anywhere. It's so frustrating.

I have been having the same issue since yesterday. It is frustrating

it will save when you switch between main game and mini game, but if you come out and play totally different game it reverts back and doesnt save mini game

I have had the SAME problem as above.  Not only is my progress not being saved, but I have cleared half the board and still have not gotten the "clay" item that can fulfill orders. PLEASE fix these major glitches!

Merge Academy will NOT SAVE your progress since the addition of the new Treasure Trove and Card Album feature...I have played it repeatedly and left,  only to return and find it has reverted back to the beginning...It has been a few days now since they started, and at this point you should just begin the Treasure Trove over again once you have fixed the problem, since we have lost days of playing the game.

I am a paid member and have been for about 13yrs...Pogo always has issues when introducing new additions to this site...It is understandable that errors will be made, but please do not make it seem like it is your members fault, that WE are doing something wrong to cause the issues...I only ever use 1 browser and have only 1 tab in use, which is the tab I am using to play my games on pogo...So PLEASE, fix the issue and start it over so we may enjoy the FULL aspect of the game.

Same thing happening to me on multiple operating systems.

Nothing is saving.  In the main game I cannot "purchase" anything. It locks up and I have to exit and go back in - to find everything I had done gone.  Treasure Trove resets every time.  I can't keep doing the same thing over and over.  Waste of time and frustrating. PLEASE get these issues fixed.

I have noted the same issue on a previous post.  Although I have come to find out that some other games are not saving progress.  After I checked today's crossword and noted it is not saving progress on the saved puzzle I have opted to avoid Pogo today.  I am a paid member but I am questioning that choice. 

my progress is disappearing, its seems its the game that has the glitch, I have been playing this for over 24 hours now and i am still replaying the same game.  Its like living in the movie Ground Hog Day.  This is my favorite game but I am becoming frustrated with all the glitches in this game. I have been a member for many years this is causing me to rethink my membership. I have been reading this isn't just happening to me.

My pogo user name is: MaMaBlue1969 & I'm a paid member. For the past 24 hours now, seemingly from when the Treasure Trove & Album Challenge were introduced the game stopped saving progress after I collected a few cards & made progress in the Treasure Trove & Regular Merge game. 

Now, Everything restarts & since I purchased energy/coins & the Treasure Trove & Album challenge are TIMED what is Pogo going to do to:  1.  Compensate players on lost time...it's already been 24 hours. 2. Compensate paid members for any losses with purchases where there is an actual loss?

I don't have "multiple tabs open" nor does my "cache" need cleared. All the multiple other games I play are fine. It's clearly an issue on EA's end so kindly get this fixed & provide answers.

Same. Mine isn't saving in either part of the game. Won't let you buy energy. Won't let you use coins. Too many buggy things going on right now to enumerate. 

Im having the same problem.  Same as with the Lucky cat bingo I keep losing all my progress in the house.  I work my way back up the levels and next ime I log in Im back at the beginning.  These games are getting so annoying but Merge is really the worst.  I like the game but just so many bugs.

still not saving from last login. have to restart it every time. also cards are not saving what cards I got last time logged into game.
