I bought "coins" for Merge academy on January 4 - took my 100 gems but did not give me the coins. First email to EA help was answered saying they were working on the issue. Now still not resolved and now my "case" is closed. They have not answered any emails since then. Very frustrating!

Chatted with an advisor tonight (3/22/25), who stated that they cannot validate the details of more than 30 days old. HA! The Gems were removed from my account on 12/30/24 and NEVER credited back. Getting the run-around from a computer gaming company is sad. They sent me an email after doing NOTHING asking if all has been resolved. How? Hoping and wishing the problem to fix itself? Geez. I lost almost 300 Gems between 2 transactions and have never seen anything resolved. What a disappointment.
