Merge Academy: Rewards, Boosters and Sticker Book Issue

I posted a few days ago that i purchased a maximum coin pack and maimum energy pack on merge academy to make some real progress which I did, but when i came back the next day everything was gone. Please reimburse me this is a lot of real world money and no one seems to care. over the years i have spent thousands of dollars on pogo you can check my purchase history  But if i can not get reimbursed this will no longer be.
