The collection issue was resolved a few days ago → Merge Academy: Daily Gate Collection | EA Forums I also took a moment to verify the daily collections and at this time they are working as designed. However outdated files can linger on our devices and may cause the problem to persist.

Why? Cache stores local copies of game files to help pages load faster. However, when a game is updated, those older cached files can sometimes conflict with the newer version. Clearing your cache forces the browser to download the latest game files.

Cookies can also contain outdated session or preference data that may interfere with gameplay. Keeping our browser and device up to date is equally important, updates often include performance improvements, compatibility fixes, and patches to the rendering engine that games rely on.
