Merge Academy White Screen

I click in to start the game and all I get is a white screen.  It doesn't load at all.   I tried refreshing the page and using a different browser.   Anyone else having this issue?

    Thanks for letting us know this is happening for you, and I’m sorry you’re hitting that white screen issue when trying to load Merge Academy. That shouldn’t be happening.

    It’s great that you’ve already tried refreshing the page and switching browsers; those are solid first steps. Since the issue is still showing up after trying those steps, it might help to gather a bit more info to figure out what’s going on. Could you let us know:

    • What browser(s) did you try?
    • Whether you’re on a PC or a Mac.
    • And if it happens every time you launch the game, or just recently?

     

    In the meantime, if you haven’t tried yet, clearing your browser’s cache or using an incognito/private window might be worth a shot to get you back in the game.

    I'm using Microsoft Edge & Chrome.   I am on laptop that is supposed to be good with graphics.  It's an Acer with Intel ARC and Intel Core Ultra 7.   I have played it on this computer before but for the past two days, it's been happening.   I have even traveled to different locations and still doing the same thing.

    Thanks for following up with those details. That context definitely helps.

    When you mentioned that you’ve “traveled to different locations,” just to clarify, were you using the same laptop on different internet connections (like home Wi-Fi versus a coffee shop or internet cafe)? Or did you test it from a different device entirely, while in other locations? It’s a small detail, but it can help give us a clearer picture of what might be contributing to the issue.

    In the meantime, if you haven’t already, here are a couple of small and basic things that may help things sync up:

    • Open the game in a private or incognito browser window to rule out any caching issues.
    • Temporarily disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools.
    • Make sure your browser is fully up to date, just in case a recent change is affecting how the game loads.
