I see I am not the only one that isn't receiving the 100 energy when I finish a room. At least 3 times now.
I also thought I was mistaken because it flashes by so quickly but after the last time I was looking for it and I didn't get the 100 energy. I really like the game and have been playing it more than any other game. Please fix the game!!

I have not been able to advance for 5 or 6 weeks and loads of others got the same issue. Can merge items and have nearly 5000 crystals but can’t go forward. When I click on it it freezes. Fed up of reporting it
I just finished a room and had 71 energy. Said I was to get 100. I got nothing. Very frustrating.
I have the same issue that Lakelady231 has. No response from Pogo about this.

I have contacted EA 4 times about my game being stuck but getting nowhere. The last adviser could see the glitch was their end but couldn’t fix it.
