Merge Academy

I have been gone all day and when i got home i have NO energy.  Cant collect the coins.  This has been going on for days.  My friend has an account also and has been getting MEGA energy, sometimes well over 300 energy at a time. This is rediculous!!!!

Same thing with garbage can…. If I skip it I am able to collect all the others. But garbage can keeps going to try again, try again, and then restart or quit!

Very same problem here with the trash can however if I try it, it will delete all of my energy. Also if I try to purchase an item in the store it deltes my energy. 

I enjoy the game but not so much not with all of these new issues.

This is day two of being unable to collect coins or power/lightening bolts from the trash can.  It also randomly took away almost all of my energy this morning, even though I had saved my progress.  I don't know what type of update/server work EA did this week, but they need to have their IT team working to fix it.  They seem to have similar glitches around updates, so you would think that they would have figured out what coding causes this to happen and correct it by now. 😒

Starting the game at 0 energy every time I log on and now I can't collect any.  The item collections work, but not the trash can.

I'm having the same issyes and would like to know if they are EVER going to fix this.

I am having the same issue with the garbage can not awarding energy units or coins and forcing you to restart.  Also, if you have any units clicking on the trash can deletes them.  Exiting out of the game and restarting gives you 45 energy units. It's maddening!

I'm having the same issues. I wonder if they have even noticed the problem.

Have FAITH! This is not common. It does happen from time to time but for the most part, from somebody who also has a paid subscription, and has been well worth my money. When something like this comes up we just have to be patient, and they usually make it up to us if needed.
