The game is glitching when you try to choose energy or coins for your bi-daily rewwards. Once you choose, it tells you it cannot complete the purchase and to reload. It loops on that after that.
There is also something happening with the energy. Several days last week the energy did not refresh and the game could not be played unless I wanted to spend coins to add energy.
Please fix.
Same problem here to. With this problem it won't reset in 12 hours to get your next 7 items. The other 7 items does work so in 12 hours you get to pick what u want.
It does say things like "Try again" 3 times then it says Restart or quit.
Game needs to be fixed
PS on another note, Can't play Quinns Aquarium as if I use something in game it freezes and can't do any challenges. This has been happening 2 1/2-3 months now.
It's a favorite game of mine & would love to play it again

I am having the same issue on Merge Academy. Won't allow collection of trash can coins, requires restart and repeats the same thing over and over. This has happened the last 2 days. Please fix!!! Thanks

New issue with Merge Academy. Just finished making stuff & talking to red for the last time. Got that big chest with all the free stuff. Got over 288 Energy & 83 Coins. Saved game & went to another game. Came back to Merge 20 minutes later and all the gifts were gone.
Seems like this game is very popular ( I love it ) but losing coins and energy Plus the garbage can Problem is Frustrating!
I am having the same issue. I can collect the other items, but neither coins or energy. This has been going on for a few days now.
The Merge Academy problems have been an issue for the past week. Is AE ignoring the complaints or is a fix on the way?
This is one of my favorite games but the glitches are making it hard to continue playing. Like others, I finally got an item that gave me the timer and a bunch of tokens but when I came back to the game the tokens were gone! In addition, there is no way to collect the coins or the energy as it just gives you the option to restart or quit after restarting several times.
I'm having the same problems for 3 days now wish they would fix the games
